Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original mailer or a sturdy record-specific box, ensuring the vinyl is protected from potential transit damage.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
